2) Student Admission : You can add student, manage student based on course. All running student & completed student you can get list. Each student has unique Student ID. Student details can be searched by Course with student details.
3) Fees Collection : Student fees can be collected from Fees collection modules. Administrator can see all paid student fees, due fees of each student.
4) Expense Head : Our Student Fees Management Software support to create any Expense Head. Add, Manage of each expense daily or monthly. Administrator can check all previous month expenses list.
5) Staff : New office staff can create, manage. Staff salary can be added for each month. Salary slip can be printed out.
6) Balance Sheet : Balance sheet shows income & expenditure of any financial year. Administrator can check list of income and expenditure of any month, year, between From Date and To Date.
7) Sub Admin : Sub administrator or employee can be added into software including username and password. Each sub admin can be logged in into panel, and they can collect fees, can take admission of new student.
Home:
a) Dashboard - Student fees record software dashboard contains summary of Total Student, Running Student, Completed Student, Today Fees Collection, Total Fees Collection, Today Expense, Total Staff Salary, Today Admission, Total Franchise.
b) Change password - Main administrator and franchise can change their account password.
c) Log out - Click here to logout from login panel.
Course:
a) Course - List of all courses can be added from course page. List of fields are course name, code, fees amount, duration, description. New course can add, existing courses can edit and delete.
Franchise:
a) Franchise list - Student fees record software supported for multiple franchise or branches. New franchise can be added from this section, Existing franchise can edit and delete here.
Student list:
a) Student admission - New student can register from this section. Each franchise can register their student. List of fields are course, name, duration, gender, phone number, email, date of birth, address, admission date. Existing old student can register into this student fees collection software. This software supported for multiple franchise or branches.
b) Running student - Each franchise can see all running student information. Main administrator can see all student list among all franchise or branch.
c) Completed student - Each franchise can see all completed student information. Main administrator can see all student list of completed student. Main administrator can see completed student list based on franchise.
Fees collection:
a) Student fees - Each franchise can collect course fees in this page. Once entered student registration number or student ID all previous fees collection statement will show and due fees amount. After collection the fees invoice will generate and invoice can print out.
Expense/Income head:
a) New Entry - All type of expense or income head can create this section with type debit and credit.
Expense/Income:
a) View statement - Each franchise or branch can entry their all official expense or income record. Main administrator can also verify all expenses or income records.
Staff record:
a) View staff - All staff of each branch can be added here. List of fields are name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, date of joining, qualification and others.
Staff salary:
a) View salary - Main administrator can manage all staff salary details with invoice print out section.
Balance sheet:
Main features of student fees record software is maintained their yearly balance sheet. Fees collection report, expense or income record, staff salary records can be verified here easily.
Report:
a) Fees collection - Main administrator can see fees collection report of each franchise.
b) Expense - Main branch can see all expense report of each branch or franchise.
